When I try to delete or move up images it creates an error and says I don't have access to the page. How do I manage my gallery images?

That is probably a bug. I will see what I can do to get it fixed.
This issue should now be fixed!
There was an odd bug in how the images were being attached to user accounts that messed up the authentication system.
